Glen M. Hickerson, K.C.

As an experienced trial lawyer, Glen has helped individuals and businesses resolve their disputes since 1994, appearing as counsel in all levels of Alberta courts as well as at arbitrations and mediations. He acts as a mediator in estate disputes and is often called upon to coach clients in conflict resolution. Glen’s practice includes extensive experience in litigation involving:

• Construction-related Disputes
• Employment Disputes
• Debtor-Creditor Disputes

Glen handles his clients’ issues with a practical approach, endeavouring to settle matters as quickly as possible. He avoids using legalese in explaining matters to his clients.

Glen is married, with two adult stepchildren. He enjoys sea kayaking, biking, running and hiking.
