Our lawyers have a thorough knowledge of the complexities of corporate and commercial law. Our litigators frequently conduct trials and appeals in superior courts throughout western Canada. Wilson Laycraft is an association of independent practitioners formed over twenty-five years ago. Most of our lawyers, after practicing with larger firms, chose to join a boutique law firm serving downtown Calgary. We believe the advantage Wilson Laycraft offers is that clients have access to senior experienced counsel in an approachable small firm environment. Trained and competent staff provide essential support to our lawyers and to our clients in a friendly and professional manner.
